Web Resources! I often browse random Neocities websites even if they're not about topics I know about, and if they have a "resources" tab, it's like a little treat. Personally I'm a big fan of Images^TM and JPEGS^TM. Do you like collecting tiny gifs and banners? Look at what I found!! There's also some other stuff.
